Critically-acclaimed executive pastry chef Michelle Gayer masterfully creates the most awe-inspiring desserts from the sweet to the savory.
Known for her spontaneity and creativity in the kitchen, Chef Michelle has signature desserts featured on several exquisite restaurant menus, and recipes showcased in premiere cookbooks. She is co-author of the highly celebrated cookbook “Charlie Trotter’s Desserts.”
Notable crown jewels in Chef Michelle’s career include receiving the “Pastry Chef of the Year” award from Bon Appetit magazine in 2003, and a 2002 “Outstanding Pastry Chef” nomination from the James Beard Foundation Awards – deemed “the Oscars of the food world,” by Time magazine.

Free validated parking for up to 3 hours is available for Global Market customers using the Midtown Exchange Parking Ramp on the 10th Avenue side of the building. Please bring in your parking ticket and have it validated with no minimum purchase amount required.
A coin-metered parking lot is available on the Elliott Avenue side of the building.
